Auto-fill softwares like Roboform, Google toolbar helps you by filling forms automatically. On one side you think it helps you because they saves you time. But do you know that there are more chances that you fall prey to spammers? This is how it goes.
When you enable auto-fill software to fill your forms, they fill the forms with your details without your concern. Whatever website it is, if it founds the word "e-mail" and a blank space, then the software fills it with your e-mail address automatically. Think once if the site you are visiting is a spam site. Then your mailbox will be full of spam emails only. Now-a-days these softwares has became more advanced that if you give your credit card details, then they fill them too...
That's why manual form filling is more safe. Just takes a minute to fill form, So why become lazy :-)

The intention of my article is to tell you people be careful while using autofill softwares, I'm not blaming those software for spam. You can use them but see the details of the site where you fill the form. If the site is a spam site, then don't fill it, if it is a good site then you can do. Thanks for your comment Omarra Byrd.
